A solid, hand-made steel dice fabricated from welded plate and finished by hand. Each face is cut, drilled, welded and ground flush, leaving the marks of fabrication visible.

Weighting approximately 1.3kg this piece is heavy, minimal and industrial, with a deliberate sense of mass and balance. It functions both as an artistic statement and a functional paper weight. Exploring presence, balance and chance through an industrial material and process.

No two pieces are identical. Subtle variations in welds, edges and surface finish are a result of the making process and are considered an essential part of the project.
